When life gives you lemons.....

Our lemon tree has decided it likes it here and is rewarding us with lots of lemons. 🍋 At our last house we had 2 huge lemon trees and I made so many things for the first time. Limencello, preserved lemons, and candied lemons to name a few. When we moved we had to start again with little trees, so thrilled to see a happy tree 🌳

Lemon tart is a family favourite and I make lemon curd and lemon polenta cake, and lemon and poppy seed muffins. I've made lemon sorbet and lemon drizzle cake but what are your lemony favourites? Or what about something you have always wanted to try to didn't know where to start? Give me some ideas and we can do it together...
