Our lemon tree has decided it likes it here and is rewarding us with lots of lemons. 🍋 At our last house we had 2 huge lemon trees and I made so many things for the first time. Limencello, preserved lemons, and candied lemons to name a few. When we moved we had to start again with little trees, so thrilled to see a happy tree 🌳
Lemon tart is a family favourite and I make lemon curd and lemon polenta cake, and lemon and poppy seed muffins. I've made lemon sorbet and lemon drizzle cake but what are your lemony favourites?
