My name is Claire. I have 3 children, a wonderful husband, and a Photography Business. Which equals a very busy life. Food has been a passion of mine since I was a child, when my parents gave me a book called Leith's Cookery Course. Full of classic recipes and French cookery terms and I have been cooking ever since.
