Sun Dried Tomatoes - IN THE AIR FRYER!


Ripe cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

Pinch of salt

Fresh ground pepper


Pre heat air fryer at 150c for 5 minutes. Halve cherry tomatoes and toss in

a bowl with oil, salt and pepper. Spread tomatoes evenly into air fryer and

cook for 35-45 minutes. Give then a shake every 10 minutes or so and

check not burning. May need to do in 2 batches depending on how many

tomatoes you have.

Store in air tight container in fridge for a few days or in olive oil for up to 3

weeks.

You can use larger tomatoes but will need to adjust cooking time.

Great in pasta dishes or salads or crostini or even with cheese on your

next platter.
