So hmmmm......we had one bit of steak in the fridge..... and 2 carnivores lol. Steak salad was required to make it fairsies. This was all the salad bits we had. Spinach leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, mushroom, and chilli. The dressing was grated ginger and garlic, fish sauce, soy, lime juice and dash of brown sugar.
We Bbq'd the steak - let it rest and and sliced thinly.
Poured boiling water over the vermicelli noodles to cook em/soak for 10 mins- rinse in cold water and drain. Good to go.
Arrange all the goodies in a bowl and dress - yum
